Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 7S Clinic’s website, teleconsultation services, second opinion services, and digital programs.

By booking or attending a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

7S Clinic provides:

  • Online medical consultations
  • Second opinions
  • Preventive health programs
  • Structured digital care plans
  • Triage advice and guidance

We operate as a telehealth platform. We do not provide emergency medical services.

2. Not Emergency Care

Our services are not suitable for:

  • Severe bleeding
  • Chest pain
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Breathing difficulty
  • Seizures
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Obstetric emergencies
  • Newborn distress

In emergencies, you must immediately seek in-person hospital care.

3. Telemedicine Limitations

You understand and accept that:

  • No physical examination is performed during teleconsults.
  • Diagnosis is based on history and reports you provide.
  • Treatment decisions depend on accurate information shared by you.
  • Some conditions require in-person evaluation for definitive diagnosis.

7S Clinic is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Medical Responsibility

Teleconsultations are advisory in nature.

If you are under active treatment elsewhere:

  • You remain under the primary care of your local treating physician.
  • 7S Clinic provides additional guidance, not replacement hospital care.

All final treatment decisions are made by the patient in consultation with their local healthcare provider.

5. Appointments & Cancellations
  • Payment must be completed before consultation confirmation.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 12–24 hours] notice.
  • Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
  • Late arrival beyond 10–15 minutes may shorten consultation time.

Refund eligibility is subject to internal review.

6. Fees & Payments
  • All fees are clearly displayed before booking.
  • Fees cover consultation time and written summary (if applicable).
  • Lab tests, medicines, procedures and hospital charges are separate.
  • Insurance coverage for teleconsultation may vary.

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time.

7. Second Opinion Services

Second opinions:

  • Are based on documents and history provided.
  • Do not replace in-person examination.
  • May differ from your existing physician’s view.

The final choice of treatment remains yours.

8. Prescriptions

Prescriptions:

  • Are issued as per telemedicine regulations.
  • May be limited for certain drug categories.
  • Are valid only within legally permitted jurisdictions.

Some medicines require in-person examination before prescription.

9. Use of Website & Content

All content on the 7S Clinic website:

  • Is for informational purposes.
  • Does not replace medical consultation.
  • Cannot be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse, hack or disrupt the website.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to:

  • Digital storage of medical information
  • Secure communication via email/WhatsApp (if applicable)
  • Clinical record maintenance as required by law
11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • 7S Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow advice.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party technology platforms.

Medical care carries inherent risk, even when delivered appropriately.

12. Age & Consent
  • For pediatric consultations, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
  • Users must be 18+ to independently book consultations.
13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
