Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 02 March 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all consultations, programs, second opinions, and digital services booked through 7S Clinic.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to 7S Clinic are non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Teleconsultations 
  • Second opinion services 
  • Package programs 
  • Subscription plans 
  • Written report reviews 
  • Multidisciplinary reviews 
  • Digital care programs 

Once payment is completed, it is considered final.

2. Rationale for No Refund Policy

Medical time is reserved exclusively for each patient. When an appointment is booked:

  • A doctor’s schedule is blocked 
  • Case preparation may begin in advance 
  • Administrative resources are allocated 

Because medical consultation time cannot be resold once reserved, refunds are not provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are not provided, rescheduling may be allowed under the following conditions:

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least [Insert Hours – e.g., 12 or 24 hours] before the scheduled appointment
  • Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability 
  • Only one complimentary reschedule may be permitted per booking 

Late reschedule requests may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

4. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

If you:

  • Fail to attend your scheduled consultation 
  • Arrive more than 10–15 minutes late 
  • Do not respond during the consultation window 

The appointment will be marked as completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Technical Issues

If technical difficulties occur:

  • From the clinic side: the appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 
  • From the patient side (internet/device issues): the session may be shortened or marked complete. 

We recommend testing your device and internet connection before the appointment.

6. Package & Program Payments

For structured programs (3-month, 6-month, bundled packages):

  • Payments are non-refundable once enrolled. 
  • Unused sessions within a package are not eligible for partial refund. 
  • Programs cannot be transferred to another person. 
7. Second Opinion Services

Once reports are reviewed and clinical evaluation begins:

  • The service is considered delivered. 
  • No refunds will be issued regardless of patient decision after review. 
8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (duplicate payment or billing error), refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of 7S Clinic after internal review.

Such decisions are final.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without valid grounds may result in:

  • Suspension of access to services 
  • Legal recovery of consultation fees 
  • Reporting to relevant payment authorities 
10. Policy Updates

7S Clinic reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
